In 2020 Catherin Dixon and Rachel Marsden (known as Cat & Raz in the cycling community) became to record holders for the fastest circumnavigation of the globe by tandem, not only beating the woman's record but also smashing the mens record by 17 days. They also raised an incredible £37000 for charity.
I spoke to them about their amazing journey and find out how they motivated themselves, who there inspirations were, and where you can and can't get good coffee on the way.
